Pioneering Weekend - February 2002

The scouts and leaders camped without the use of tents. The only shelter devices
that was allowed were two tarps, one for the ground and one for the shelter. As
much rope as you wanted could be used, and many used pine boughs for ground
padding. The overnight temperature was 13F.
