Folder	Description
CD Labels	The files containing the designs used to make the professional CD labels (indicate the software used here)
Report	Contains the report (In .doc and .pdf formats)
Presentation	Powerpoint presentations (English and Itaian versions)
Database	Contains Access databases
Maps	Contains Mapinfo, ESRI or KML/KMZ maps in appropriate folders
Excel	Contains excel worksheets.
Graphics	Contains graphics used in reports and not made using Excel
Design	Contains all other design files, produced with Adobe software and/or CAD
Figures	Contains all figures included in the report, as individual JPGs (name them as Figure1.jpg, Figure2.jpg… according to their order in report)
Publishing	Contains desktop publishing layouts created with Publisher or Adobe In-design (used for poster and other publications)
Diagrams	Contains all diagrams (Visio or others)
Images	Contains all raster images produced/organized by this project (organized in folders as needed) – link could go to outside site (like gallery)
Video	Contains AVI or other video files – link could go to an outside site like Vimeo.
Audio	Contains audio files (mp3, wav, etc.).
Web	Contains web page files (html)
Code	Contains source code or scripts produced by the project
Received	Contains files received from outside agencies or individuals (in their original format)
Other	Any other file that you can’t figure out where to put
